Although I have been fortunate enough to not deal with them (thanks to the warnings of others), there are more complaints on the Trip Advisor website worth reading if you're considering using them:

Look on TripAdvisor for a multitude of complaints on this company.
I personally gave them a credit card for $4200 worth of airline tickets (they are also Airsaversonline.com . I called, emailed and faxed for about 6 weeks and the most I got was ignored.

I booked through this company and was left stranded in NYC. The apartment building had no knowledge of the company or my supposed booking. It took over three months to get a refund, and only after I filed a complaint with the NYC Better Business Bureau.
